Hailing from South Philly, Jen embodies city life with an undying love for the Phillies, attending as many concerts and shows as possible, and providing an expert opinion on which restaurants and bars are actually worth the hype.
She has spent over 20 years in market research, working in both client service and operations management roles. Today, Jen’s focus is the development and management of the SSRS Opinion Panel, a product she built from the ground up with her team. She contributes to critical online research initiatives and tasks, including panel health, methods, data standardization, partner management, budgets, and project consultation. She also coordinates the internal processes and operational standards for all the online research conducted by SSRS. Basically, if you’re conducting research online with SSRS, you’re working with Jen, and you’re in very capable hands!
Jen is an active member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and sits on the SSRS Diversity and Inclusion committee. If you can’t find her in the office, she is probably at Citizens Bank Park cheering on the Phils, reading on the beach, or winetasting with friends.
