Mike has worn a lot of hats in the research industry across several market research firms. Starting as a programmer, he brought a technical mindset into roles as a Project Director, Call Center Manager, Data Processing Manager, Data Processing Systems Manager and Director of Operations. He’s carried lessons from those roles into his current position with SSRS. The common denominator has been designing, implementing and managing technical solutions and processes.
The counterbalance to his fast-paced technical role with SSRS is a small Lavender farm and shop in upstate New York. Six years ago, he and his wife started the farm as a hobby but it has grown into a business. Mike lives an active lifestyle and enjoys kayaking, sailing, hiking, traveling, and skiing. He used to rock climb, but recently saw his climbing shoes in a glass case of “vintage” gear on display.
