Emily Jennings

Senior Research Director

Emily Jennings began her career in survey research as an intern at SSRS while pursuing her graduate studies, and she has been helping organizations understand people and communities through data ever since. Over the past decade, she has grown alongside the company, developing expertise across a wide range of research initiatives and methodologies.

As a Senior Research Director in SSRS’s Policy and Polling Division, Emily leads projects that span everything from fast-paced political polling to large-scale community studies. She works closely with clients to design and execute research that delivers meaningful insights and supports informed decision-making. Her experience across diverse subject areas and study types enables her to balance methodological rigor with practical, actionable results.

Emily earned both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University. Her background in behavioral science and research methods informs her approach to understanding public opinion, experiences, and behaviors.

Emily lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys exploring new walking and hiking trails with her daughter and their dog.
