Hayley Boote

Associate Research Director

From survey design to SoulCycle rides, Hayley is driven by a motivation to go all in and get it right.

At SSRS, Hayley leads the design and execution of multimodal public opinion research for academic institutions, media outlets, and nonprofit organizations. Hayley is particularly passionate about inclusive and thoughtful research design, ensuring that every study reflects a truly representative picture of the communities it aims to understand. She brings a high standard of excellence to every phase of a project with the goal of capturing a true and representative cross-section of public opinion. Hayley is an active member of SSRS’s AI Taskforce.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, with minors in Psychology and Survey Research & Data Analytics (PORES).  Hayley is a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research and is based in New York City.

When not at SoulCycle, you can find her walking Central Park with her golden retriever or watching an Eagles game.
