Jordon Peugh has conducted social science research for discerning clients for almost two decades. Since joining SSRS in 2013, Jordon has made a significant impact on the organization. Under her leadership, her team has established an impressive growth trajectory including strategic client acquisitions and has implemented innovative approaches to satisfy the needs of several high-profile clients.
As Chief Business Officer, Jordon leads the SSRS Sales and Client Service teams while maintaining a primary focus on sales discipline, growth, and enablement. She partners with each department to ensure a seamless experience for clients, further strategic initiatives, and future-proof the growth of the business.
Jordon is actively involved in the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR), where she has served on the Education Committee, and was the 2018-19 Secretary-Treasurer. She is also a member of the NY Chapter of AAPOR where she recently served as Communications Chair. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from New York University, and has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed papers, appearing in Health Affairs, JAMA and others.
Prior to coming to SSRS, Jordon was VP at Knowledge Networks (acquired by GfK) and, before that, at Harris Interactive. In both organizations, Jordon led their health policy practice and managed projects on topics such as domestic and international health policy, needs and experiences of patients and physicians, adoption of health IT, impact of social marketing campaigns, and constituent loyalty.
She has also conducted research at the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University.

Jordon lives just outside of NYC with her husband and daughter, who knows to ask to “see the data” when she doubts something is true.
