A new article published in the Journal of Survey Statistics and Methodology assesses methods for using voter and consumer databases, along with small-area contextual data, to measure and correct for differential partisan nonresponse in a national address-based survey of U.S. adults.

The findings show that including predicted partisanship in survey weighting and using voter registration data to validate self-reported turnout improved the accuracy of recalled-vote estimates.
